Like other PPIs, Nexium clear mini capsules may take 1 to 4 days to reach full effect, but relief lasts 24 hours. Nexium has reduced the amount of plastic used by 24 tons in 2022. Since 2021, Nexium has reduced its plastic usage by 15%. By changing its manufacturing technology, Nexium now uses 15% less plastic. (1) Use as directed for 14 days to treat frequent heartburn.
