Directions
Adults 18 Years and older: 1 tsbp kava root powder per 4 to 6 ounces water. For best effects consume on an empty stomach, drink 1 serving every 10 minutes for up to 30 minutes. Place kava root powder in kava strainer bag and knead in water for 10 minutes, then strain prior to consuming. Do not consume kava root fiber directly as it may cause gastrointestinal issues.
