What is Concentrated Butter Oil (High Vitamin Butter Oil)?
Green Pasture Concentrated Butter oil is a butter oil concentrated through centrifugation. This oil is sourced from 100% grass-fed cows that graze on nutrient-rich, fast growing grass. High Vitamin Butter Oil is an amazing source of Vitamin K2, which helps to deliver calcium to the bones. Vitamin K2 also helps keep calcium out of places it shouldn't be, such as the soft tissues.

Green Pasture lists the manufacture date on their bottles, instead of the expiration date. The FDA allows manufactures to list either one. When listing the expiration date, manufactures must have further testing done on the product to test for stability, which may take anywhere between 6 and 12 months. Because Green Pasture lists the manufacture date, they are able to provide you with the freshest-possible product.
