Ingredients:
1 cup of orange juice, 1 scoop Natreve Whey Protein (French Vanilla Wafer Sundae or Unflavored), 1/2 cup frozen berries, 1/2 cup frozen pineapple, 1/2 fresh or frozen banana.
Directions:
Add ingredients, in order, to a high-powered blender. Blend until your desired texture is reached. Add more liquid (or ice) if needed.
Berry Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup liquid (milk, water, juice), 1 scoop Natreve Whey Protein (French Vanilla Wafer Sundae or Unflavored), 1 cup frozen mixed berries, 1/2 banana.
Optional: a handful of ice.
Directions:
Add ingredients, in order, to a high-powered blender. Blend until your desired texture is reached. Add more liquid or ice if needed.
Chocolate Fudge Protein Brownies
Ingredients:
1/4 scoop Natreve Whey Protein (French Vanilla Wafer Sundae or Fudge Brownie), 1/4 cup flour, 1/2 cup melted salted butter, 1/2 cup cocoa powder, 1 cup sugar, 2 large eggs, 1 tsp vanilla.
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 8" x 8" pan with lightly greased parchment paper. In a bowl sift protein and flour. In a separate bowl combine melted butter, cocoa powder, and sugar and stir until mixed. Add eggs then vanilla and stir until combined. Fold in flour mixture until combined. Pour into pan and bake for approximately 20-22 minutes. Cool, cut and serve
Protein Shake
Shake one scoop with water, milk, or juice and enjoy! For a cooler shake, add ice.
Pro tip: Add the liquid first, then your powder for a smooth consistency.
