Directions
Place the gel pack in the freezer for several hours until it is sufficiently cold. Position the 3D sewing strap around the affected area, ensuring a snug fit. Insert the cold gel pack into the pocket of the strap, with the gel side facing the skin. Adjust the position of the pack for optimal coverage and comfort. Use for 15-20 minutes, then remove for 20-30 minutes. Repeat as necessary. For hot therapy, heat the gel pack in a warm water bath until desired temperature is reached.
