If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, please review our refund and return policy below.
1. Returns Eligibility
Because we sell health and nutritional supplements, product safety is our top priority.
For hygiene and quality control reasons, we can only accept returns under specific conditions:
We accept returns if:
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- The return request is made within 30 days of receiving the product.
Items not eligible for return:
- Opened or used supplements.
- Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.
- Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and a photo of the item (if applicable).
- Our team will review your request and, if approved, send you return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or replacement.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photos to verify the issue before sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
4. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipment only.
Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
Please contact us immediately if you wish to modify or cancel an order.
