Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at nutricity.com.au. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Order cut-off time: 4 P.M
Processing Time: Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 Business Days (Monday – Friday) for domestic orders.
Shipping Cost:
- For all orders, shipping is free.
Standard Delivery Times:
- Domestic: 2–5 business days
- International: 7–12 business days (Standard International Shipping)
While we use reasonable efforts to meet the shipping and delivery dates provided above, we shall not be liable for any delays in shipments.
Order Changes
Once your order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. If you would like to return a product, you must begin the returns process after you receive the item.
Item Not Received
If you have successfully placed an order and haven't received it, but the tracking status shows it has been delivered, please contact the carrier to locate your package, as we no longer have control over the shipment once it has been handed over. If the issue persists, kindly contact us at support@nutricity.com.au and we will do our best to assist you promptly.
Sometimes tracking information may not be available due to technical issues. If you're unable to locate your item, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–72 hours.
Damages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately.
