Indications
Take Easy Breather when your body reacts negatively to seasonal irritants, such as tree, grass, and weed pollen especially cedar, juniper, oak, elm, pecan, and ragweed. Use in environments containing airborne nasal irritants, such as urban pollution, smoke, vog, and mold. Take in advance of cold, flu, and allergy seasons for general immune support. Use before and during travel to support your immune response to airborne pathogens in enclosed spaces, like airplane cabins.

Directions
RECOMMENDED USE: For persons up to 150 pounds, take one 500 mg capsule by mouth 2 to 3 times per day; for those weighing more than 150 pounds, take two 500 mg capsules 2 to 3 times per day; or as directed by your healthcare professional. Do not exceed two capsules at any one time. Not for use by pregnant or nursing women or by children under age six.
