Other ingredients: vegetarian capsule (cellulose, water), hypoallergenic plant fiber (cellulose), carnauba wax, potato starch, polyglycerol fatty acid esters, silica, medium chain triglycerides, sodium alginate.
Directions
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule, 2 times daily, with or between meals.
