Directions
Cold Therapy: 1. Place the wrap inside a resealable plastic bag and chill in the freezer for at least 3 hours before use. 2. Apply to the targeted area. If it’s too cold, wait a few minutes or use a towel for comfort. Hot Therapy: 1. Ensure the gel pack is completely at room temperature and remove it from any plastic bags before heating. 2. Microwave flat for 1min on medium power. If more heat is desired, reheat in 10s increments until the perfect temperature is reached.
