Unflavored, powdered gelatin in easy-to-use ½ oz paper packets (24 count). We evaluated many types of gelling agents for our Elderberry Gummy Kit and chose this one for its excellent dissolvability, superior texture after setting, and neutral taste and no odor. This gelatin powder has many culinary uses such as gelatin desserts, homemade marshmallows, pies, jams, and snacks. 12g protein per packet. Non-GMO. Each packet contains 2 Tbsp Kosher, pasture raised beef gelatin powder (0.5 ounces each). Please see our other listings to select packaging containing different quantities of envelopes. Fat Stone Farm’s beef gelatin was manufactured free of the 8 major allergens (milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat and soybeans). It was packaged into envelopes free of these eight major allergens, but on equipment which may have been shared with wheat, milk, and soy. Both manufacture and packaging followed 21 CFR 117 Good Manufacturing Practices with adherence to proper cleaning and sanitizing practices. Gelatin may contain sulfites. Sesame was added to the list of 8 major allergens after our gelatin was manufactured and packaged.
