Directions
Unwind about 18 inches of floss, wrap it around your middle fingers, leaving about 2 inches between your fingers. Gently guide the floss between your teeth, curving it around the base of each tooth, and slide it up and down against the side of each tooth. Avoid snapping or forcing the floss to prevent injury. Rewind used floss around your fingers as you move to the next tooth. For tight contacts, use the 'Compresses to fit' feature to ensure the floss reaches between teeth without damaging them.
