Ingredients
Cholesterol, Lecithin-Rich Egg Yolk and Whole Egg Powder, Supplying Healthful Egg Lipids, Lecithin Phospholipids (Including Phosphatidylethanolamine, Phosphatidylcholine, Phosphatidylinositol and Sphingolipids. Other ingredients: vegetable cellulose, di-calcium phosphate, silica, magnesium stearate and purified water.

Directions
As a dietary supplement for lecithin, one capsule twice daily or as directed. Capsules can also be opened and sprinkled onto food.
