Directions
Take 1 lozenge twice daily, 12 hours apart, on an empty stomach; Before taking each lozenge, drink 2-4 oz of water; Place one lozenge in your mouth and move it around above your tongue until fully dissolved, then swallow your saliva; Do not chew or crush the lozenge in your mouth. If you have high acidic levels in your mouth, you'll need to alkalize it prior to use. To do this, use baking soda with 2-3 ounces of water and swish it around your mouth. Or You can chew the lozenge followed by 5-6 ounces of water, or a base like milk (to counter your acidic levels) and this should alleviate the irritation. You will still receive the same benefits from the nitric oxide production.
