Directions
Shake well before use. Take 1 ml (1/2 dropper or approx. 30 drops) daily or as directed by your physician. Hold in the mouth under the tongue for 30 seconds, then swallow. Alternatively can be diluted into any beverage or a smoothie. Natural residue may occur.
