How do I take Strowell?
Strowell is a vegetarian capsule that you can swallow with a sip of liquid. While it can be taken anytime with any beverage including water, juice, coffee, or smoothies except alcohol. We recommend one capsule three times daily e.g., breakfast, lunch and diner. It is more convenient and easier to remember.
