The Mist Inhaler is finer still and is breathed in over a session. Picking the wrong one is the most common reason a saline product gets reviewed as ineffective.
How to use it: Spray into the nostril, give it a moment to soften what is in there, then use an aspirator. That order matters. Dried mucus needs thinning before there is anything for suction to draw out.
