Bulk-forming fibers like psyllium husk may affect how well medicines work. Take this product at least 2 hours before or after medicines. Phenylketonurics: Contains phenylalanine, 16 mg per teaspoon. Consult a doctor if pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have difficulty swallowing. If symptoms persist, consult a doctor.
