Take a pea-sized (200-300mg) amount using the spoon. Dissolve it in 120 ml lukewarm water or milk. Consume it daily for best results. The recommended dosage of shilajit is 200-300mg per day. It is best to consume Shilajit with lukewarm milk on an empty stomach in the morning for best results. Children are not recommended to consume Shilajit.
