Directions:
Take a pea-sized (200-300mg) amount using the spoon. Dissolve it in 120 ml lukewarm water or milk. Consume it daily for best results. The recommended dosage of shilajit is 200-300mg per day. It is best to consume Shilajit with lukewarm milk on an empty stomach in the morning for best results. Children are not recommended to consume Shilajit. Pregnant and lactating women should consume Shilajit only after consultation with a healthcare professional. Shilajit is completely safe to consume in any season throughout the year. Store the shilajit resin in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture, to maintain its quality and potency.
