Scar Sheets: Clean and dry scar area. Cut she sheet according to the size and shape of the scar. Peel off the liner from the adhesive side of the sheet. Apply the adhesive side of the sheet directly to the scar. If recommendations are followed, each sheet can be reused for up to one week.
