Principle:

How to use?
Must aim the right position of your hand with the plastic ball follow the instructions in the picture.
1. Place your middle three fingers on the inside of your wrist with the edge of third finger just below the first wrist crease. The Nei-Kuan point is located underneath your first(index) finger in between the two wrist tendons, clenching your fist can help you see these tendons.
2. Position the button facing downward over the Nei Guan acupoint and press at least 2 minutes. Repeat the process for the other wrist.
3. Make sure both wrists are wearing the wristbands.
Warm Notes:
1, The wristbands will FEEL TIGHT. This is needed in order to pressurize and activate the acupoint.
2, If there is SWELLING and SKIN ALLERGIES in the wear area, please stop using it (this is a small probability event).
3, It might take a bit of practice to get the button in the right place so don't give up.
